I’ve been teaching people about practical renewable energy for several years now. Giving people hands-on access to renewable energy technologies is a great way to improve understanding of energy consumption and generation, as a way to encourage better use of natural energy sources. I’ve found that festivals are a fantastic environment for people to let their curiosity lead them into new learning experiences. I’ve delivered these workshops at Off Grid festival for the last 2 years, and I’ve been running solar energy workshops for the past 4 years.
