Practising mindfulness in nature will help you do all that and more. Sounds too good to be true? Find out for yourself! Join us for a taste of mindfulness in nature.
Science now recognizes what wisdom traditions have known for centuries: mindfulness in nature can heal. Mindfulness offers a wide range of benefits to our wellbeing and research shows that being in nature can be hugely healing. Mindfulness in nature combines ancient wisdom with new research.
You can benefit from this powerful holistic practice everyday. This free session will give you a taste of mindfulness in nature.
This session is outdoors whatever the weather - please bring suitable clothing and footwear. Places are limited and group will begin on time.
