Using yogasanas (postures), pranayam (breathing techniques) mantra chanting and meditation to unwind, relax, and restore ready for the weekend followed by a relaxing gong bath.
The gong provides a very powerful vibratory force that permeates deeply into our subconscious and every cell and fibre of our fabric. This can allow for deep relaxation, revitalisation and release. Not recommended during pregnancy or for under 15 years of age.
