About the sessions:
Coaching is a process of partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.
We will have a coaching conversation that is a confidential and focused partnership between us in service of you (the client) to find a way forward and take that important next step for you.
Eco Coaching, much like ecotherapy also brings nature as a resource and powerful partner into our dialogue.
The systemic approach helps us to map the issues to help you witness the parts of the issue/s you bring that are hiding in plain sight.
Although these are one off introductory sessions, we can work lightly or as deeply as you choose, I support you safely on that journey.

Please be aware that these sessions may include:
walking over uneven terrain, in and through woodland and/or running water.
Please wear suitable footwear and clothing for the locations, and bring own water to drink (if required).

I am a member of The International Coach Federation and hold to the ethical principles and competencies and my coaching practice is informed by my membership of the BACP Coaching, Children & Young People divisions of the BACP.
He is also one of the founders of Ecotherapy Exeter https://ecotherapyexeter.org.uk an organisation promoting ecotherapy to communities around Exeter and Devon.
