It’s a practical session to make up fish pates using river and sea fish that had been cured and smoked in Devon. All available to taste!
We will have a selection of seaweeds and samphire to taste.
There will be an information stall run by the Sustainable fish group -a local group based in Appledore -across the river!

Felicity is the co ordinator of the Sustainable Fish education group =who have been running event in the area for the past 5 years. We run sessions about locally caught sustainable inexpensive seasonal fish in primary school,arrange Talk and Tasting sessions at with the Plough and local cafes and Cookery Demonstrations at local community Fish festivals in Clovelly, Plymouth ,Appledore and Brixham over the past years. We would now like to work with you next weekend.We can run an information stall with Good Food Guide, Seafish recipe booklets and our own simple fish recipe leaflets. Also we can do a Talk and tasting session for this summers local sustainable fish. we can do Q&A sessions about-What is sustainable fish?
