I am an osteopath who lives in London with my wife and young daughter. I’ve lived in England most of my life though I’ve travelled a bit. There are lots things I’d like to see and do (though I’m an old man of 45 now) and I’m quite a student of the problems of the world. Solutions-wise, I like to work with the body: that’s something you can really do something about. The body too is always changing: it’s a world within us, and it’s like it has its own plan to unfold. I’m really interested in ways people can unblock and unlock this potential within.
The way I do this is the work of traditional osteopathy, which is an art and science of balance of body, mind and soul. The door to this is your own body. By gentle, rhythmic movements and pressures, we move towards this balance, coordination and integration. Releasing healing resources means things change. Responses to treatment such as feeling very tired are normal and positive. Go with them. Afterwards, you will normally feel relieved and rejuvenated.
Treatments will take place in my lovely canvas bell-tent. Outside there will be more details on a board of problems we can engage with. Inside there’s a table, some rugs and cushions. Sessions are not rushed and last about 1/2 and hour, though we will also talk about your life and the problem(s) you’re having. I ask you undress partly, though it’s fine if you just wear loose clothes. In exchange for my work and my skills I only hope to be able to cover the costs of the festival for my family. It’s not a business proposition but exchange really does make things work. I ask for £25 per session, 1/2 of the normal price,
I invite you there to experience the gentle art of traditional osteopathy, to help your healing potential do its own amazing work.
