Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

Serenity Field- a self healing biotope
The Serenity Field is a safe and playful space to empower your mind and body and to nourish your spirit. We invite you to come and take time to relax and join us for a deep exploration of ways to cultivate your own personal resilience.
In 2016 the Serenity Field will host a variety of opportunities to heal, reflect, create meaningful dialogue and be joyful. Come and reconnect with your body and inner world and set free your creative being!
We will host daily meditation and movement in the morning, leading to workshops and discussions into the afternoon. In the evening you are welcome to raise your voices and join us in sacred song and music round the fire.
It is our intention that this attitude of thriving creates a positive ripple effect for everyone- the fruits of which go way beyond the individual, this behaviour positively impacts families, communities and societies.
