“At Qi Wellness we run well-being centres providing Qi energy treatments, classes and ancestor healing. Our practitioners are dedicated to sharing Qi with people throughout the world. We have a holistic approach to health, ideal for personal development, spiritual growth and physical wellbeing.
We believe that an abundant and free flow of Qi energy throughout the body is the foundation necessary for good health. Our Qi centres are described as an oasis of calm, providing a peaceful and uplifting environment for people to recharge their body, mind and spirit.
Qi is the fundamental energy that creates and supports life. It is nature’s primary source of energy and what keeps everything in balance and harmony. Generally, we are using up too much energy – energy that can’t be replaced by the food, water and air that we take into our body. Essentially, Qi is our battery, and food, water and air are the fuel. When our battery is charged the fuel can be used efficiently. However, when our battery is low, improving the quality of our food and trying to lead a healthier lifestyle will not necessarily give us more energy, we need to recharge our battery. A low battery can mean stagnation – even with the best quality fuel. We need Qi to recharge our battery.
A Qi treatment opens energy blockages and recharges the body with Qi. Using acupressure and sound, energy is transmitted through the physical body into the energy channels, regenerating the energy system.”

I principally use Gongs, but also Himalayan & Alchemical Crystal bowls, tuning forks, drums, voice and other sound instruments, including an Aquaphone. Working in the emerging field of frequency healing is exciting and quite new to many people so I enjoy giving people the opportunity to try it out.”
